Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every US order.

We ship from the United States. Standard orders ship in 1–2 business days after you place them. You will get a tracking email when the package goes out.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If you need a shipment outside the US, email info@victoryinkclothing.com and we will see what we can do.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–2 business days
• Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days after it ships, depending on your location

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days, contact us at info@victoryinkclothing.com.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the package and the item within 7 days and we will make it right. If tracking shows delivered but you never got it, contact us and we will open a carrier claim.

Returns

See our refund policy. Returns go to 1017 Goss Ave, Louisville, KY 40217. You cover return shipping unless we made an error.
